60% Grain
20% Meat
10% vegetables / fruits
10% Milk / beans

1. drink before have meal
2. don't eat oily,bake,stimulate (like wine)
3. don't eat much, eat less

eat:
whole cereal bread, cereal, milk, soya bean(but will cause 'unborn'), 'suan' milk, eggs, orange juice, tomato, vega salad, 'dou fu si'

don't eat:
example:fat meat (high cholesterol), high fat, high 'dan gu cuan', high 'fan fu ji'(bacon,hotdog), high sugar/salt, high energy, deep tea/deep coffee, vine,oily,bake,chilli,......
