Mar-17-2012 awoke at 5am, 6 going, 7 climbing with friends. Eat breakfast, send 2friends home, then went to self-shopping and bought 6 items. 1.low-fat milk 2.olive butter 3.whole grain cereal 4.wheat cracker 5.oatmeal 6.oat cookies (oh...i know this is crazy)

bad oil

don't eat outside, suppliers sell bad food oil which is used many times to restaurants.
