1. did not save much money 2. did not study hard in school 3. did not practice/exercise much 4.did not have much knowledge about the world 5. smoking 6. rarely keep in touch with old friends 7. did not take care much of body/healthy of myself while young 8. did not thankful/talk much to related people, before they died 9. did not take much photo, when self was young/what self did/history 10. early marriage

Mar-17-2012 awoke at 5am, 6 going, 7 climbing with friends. Eat breakfast, send 2friends home, then went to self-shopping and bought 6 items. 1.low-fat milk 2.olive butter 3.whole grain cereal 4.wheat cracker 5.oatmeal 6.oat cookies (oh...i know this is crazy)

bad oil

don't eat outside, suppliers sell bad food oil which is used many times to restaurants.
